You can delete your winIQ account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Open Stats → Settings → Delete my account. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
If you have already uninstalled the app, email privacy@winiq.dev from the address you signed up with, or include the phone number you used. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is billed by Apple or Google and we cannot stop it. Cancel it there first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
A record of any payment you made, with your name and number removed from it. We keep it because the money genuinely moved and our accounts have to show that. It is no longer connected to you, and it cannot be used to identify you.
Deleting from inside the app is immediate. An emailed request is completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
